I ordered this iron supplement because I have low ferritin and couldn't get in for an iron infusion for about a month. I wanted to supplement in the meantime, but other forms of iron usually cause me some GI issues and don't absorb quite as well in the body. When I came across this company, I decided to try this product out and I'm so glad I did. Before my infusion, I took 3 capsules daily, spread out in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and I could feel an improvement. My lightheaded episodes reduced significantly, and I did notice a slight increase in energy. Now that I've had my infusion, I cut back to only one pill a day in the morning until I see what my labs are in 6 weeks. I will forever keep these iron supplements on hand. They were a Godsend!
I have been taking it for 2 weeks now. I believe, and I take it on the empty stomach and even all day without eating nothing after I take it. And it does not make me feel nauseous or sick to my stomach.. So I really like it. I am praying in Jesus' name that it be super beneficial for me.Overall health. Thank you take care.
I’ve been taking these a while with no stomach issues, which is nice. But looking more closely at the nutrition info on the website (which is not listed on the bottle itself) shows how little micronutrients this product actually contains. Here I thought I was taking a good whole foods based multivitamin but the levels are extremely low. We’re talking micrograms instead of milligrams of B vitamins and others. It’s a bummer and doesn’t seem worth the money to buy again. Unless I’m missing something…
Hi TLC, thanks for reaching out. I can understand why the numbers might look confusing at first glance, but there are a couple of important points that may help put them into context. This product is called Primal Energy and is designed to provide the nutrients required to support this.
Each serve provides 368% RDI of vitamin B12 (the hero ingredient) supported by Vitamin A & Iron both with very meaningful RDIs. Together they provide the nutritional foundations required to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Unlike many conventional multivitamins that use high doses of isolated or synthetic nutrients, our product provides nutrients naturally present in whole beef organs. Bigger numbers on a label don't necessarily mean better nutrition or better absorption. I hope this helps.

I recently had a miscarriage and my blood results showed Iron-10 (normal 5-30) and Transferrin saturation at 16 (normal 25-45) A month and a half on taking Primal iron an being conscious about having high iron foods my iron level is 22 and Transferrin saturation 40!
